The Garden Pig Patrol is working on the Arrow of Light Adventure - Building a Better World. They have come up with a Pack recycling event to benefit Smile Train. Smile Train provides resources for surgeries to correct cleft lips &/or palates for those in need. More than 170,000 children are born in developing countries each year with cleft lips &/or palates. Most cannot afford surgery - which can be as little as $250.
To support our Webelos efforts, please bring the following recyclables to the 3/13 Pack Meeting...
PLASTIC BOTTLES
(e.g. water bottles, soda bottles)
ALUMINUM CANS
(e.g. soda cans)
NO glass
NO cardboard
NO "other" plastics or metals
