This will be the first time that we will be having our Pack meeting outside since our bridging ceremony last June.
We'll be meeting at the Dos Vientos Ranch Park .
The park is just across from the Horse Ranch off of Lynn Rd / Potrero Rd.
The theme for the Pack meeting is Magic... and it is magic that we are able to meet in person again.
But unfortunately, due to COVID19, we were not able to secure a magician to perform at the meeting. However. we would entertain an enterprising Cub Scout or an adult to show us a magic trick.
One thing we know is that we have a lot of awards to present to our Cubs at this meeting.
So, please remember to update Scoutbook with your Cub's accomplishments and requirements by 5:00 PM this Sunday (11/8).
It is also time for the Pack to re-charter, true up our roster and pay our dues for the new year, 2021.
Please bring a check for the 2021 dues to the Pack meeting. The cost will be in the email that we will send to the Pack.
We will be adhering to the guidelines for outdoor events during COVID as per our VCC BSA which follows the Ventura County Public Health Orders and the State of California Department of Public Health.
Don't forget to bring your chairs, your hand sanitizer, your masks, hats, gloves, suntan lotion, water and a snack.
If 24 hours before the meeting it looks like rain, we will send out a notice and fall back to a zoom meeting.
