Bridging Ceremony 6/6, 2-4pm!
June's pack meeting theme is Bridging (details on time/location below)! Those new to scouting might wonder what the term bridging means. The scouting year runs from June 1st to May 31st, and at the end of the scouting year, each scout moves on to his next rank. Bridging is the ceremony during which scouts cross over or "bridge" from one rank to another.
Tigers become Wolves,
Wolves become Bears,
Bears become Webelos I's,
Webelos I's become Webelos IIs,
and
New scouts bridge into the pack!
Please join in the ceremony and honor this great achievement and new dedication. Caps, neckerchiefs, and slides will be provided for all scouts bridging up or bridging in. There is no need to purchase these.
But don't forget to get your new Scout handbooks and begin working on your new rank. You can begin working on the new requirements as soon as 6/1/2015!! Have you gotten yours yet?
